8.1 Closure at User Request

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 54bat

54bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities listed in Section 7.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 consecutive months or more).
• In compliance with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.3 Appeals Process
